The tunnel sterilizer and cooler is used for the sterilizing of cans, glass bottles and PET bottles after filling process.
Characteristics：
?The cans and bottles are conveyed to the tunnel sterilizer, water is used as the heat exchange medium.
?The sterilizing water is heated through a tube type heater and is evenly sprayed on the bottle surface to increase the product temperature to the sterilizing level.
?After sterilization, the product shall be moved to the cooling area, through spraying cold water, the product temperature is lowered down to the room temperature. After all ,the used water will flow back to the bottom collection tank for recycling
